Chicken Poppyseed Salad

With summer here in full swing it is time to find recipes that don't overheat my west facing kitchen. This one I got from my good friend Heather who got it from her ward recipe group. It is a super easy meal that is healthy and tastes good. Russ even liked it, which is saying something for a salad based main dish.  The girls, well the girls ate the oranges and bagels -- which is about what I expected.

So here you go!

Chicken Poppyseed Salad

3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
Green leaf lettuce, chopped
Green onions, chopped
Slivered almonds
Mandarin oranges
Ramen noodles, raw and broken up
Kraft Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
Onion Bagels, toasted

Put everything into separate bowls.  Build salads individually.  Serve with toasted bagel.
